Sometimes when purchasing a membership or a course the browser you are using can block the error message description from popping up. If you have checked your form and there are no error messages on it the most likely reason for this problem is that you have already set up an account using the same email address on our website when previously purchasing a course or membership.

If this happens all you need to do is log into your existing account via the option on the top right-hand side of the screen and if you have forgotten your password you can also reset it at this point.
